Tree program

The Qualico Communities Tree Program is delivered via a flexible Voucher System. Each household receives a $500 voucher, empowering residents to choose the tree varieties and sizes that best suit their preferences and landscaping vision. Vouchers ensure residents are provided with greater convenience and flexibility, giving them the control to create the perfect outdoor space for their home.

Purchases must include at least one tree, with any leftover funds applicable towards another tree or green goods such as shrubs, ornamental grasses, and flowers. To redeem the vouchers, residents must present a valid ID and their grading certificate at their designated nursery.

Notifications will be sent directly from Qualico Communities when vouchers are ready to be picked up. Vouchers expire two years from your possession date, so make sure to pick yours up as soon as you get the notification to ensure you’re able to use them before expiry.
