Qualico communities is an award-winning land developer

Our role as a land developer is to transform greenfield land into amazing communities. We are invested in the process from the land purchase to when the last home is built, and the last tree planted. We ensure that each community meets the needs of all its residents.

We work with a variety of trusted builder partners to help the community vision come to life. Once the community is designed, the land is sold as home lots to home builders’, phase by phase. They design and construct homes based on both customers needs and Qualico’s beautiful architectural controls.
