Maintaining a High Standard in our Communities
Qualico Communities Calgary has established Homeowners Associations (HOAs) or Owners Associations (OAs) in many of our communities to own, operate, and protect amenities, and to maintain a higher standard of maintenance in those communities. Their activities may include: area beautification projects, ongoing communication to the membership, superior levels of care, organized community-based events, and/or new community amenities. Through meaningful input and guidance for future care, the HOAs and OAs are able to maintain and develop the communities to ensure they sustain their value and desirability.
