The Tree Program Voucher System is the newly implemented system that allows residents to personally select their preferred tree types and sizes, using a $500 voucher.
We’re changing the program to empower our residents with more flexibility and control over their landscaping choices. The voucher system allows each household to select tree types and sizes that best suit their individual needs.
Vouchers will become available from April 27th. Qualico Communities will send a notification when vouchers are ready for pickup.
Details on voucher pick-up locations will be communicated directly to residents.
Vouchers must be used to purchase at least one tree. The remaining balance can be applied toward other green goods, such as shrubs, ornamental grasses, and flowers.

Yes, your voucher automatically expires exactly 2 years after your possession date. You can find the expiry date on your voucher. If you have any questions about this, please contact customercare@qualicocommunities.com.
When redeeming your vouchers, please bring a valid photo ID with your address along with your grading certificate. Without these, your vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Any remaining funds after the tree purchase can be used exclusively for buying green goods, such as shrubs, ornamental grasses, and flowers.
The voucher covers up to $500. If your total exceeds this amount, you would be responsible for paying the difference.
No. Tree program vouchers can only be redeemed by the purchaser listed on the voucher.
Currently, our voucher system is affiliated with specific nurseries. If you’d like to purchase from a different nursery, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss this further.
We understand the concern about the distance. While specific delivery options depend on the policies of individual nurseries, we recommend contacting your chosen nursery directly to inquire about delivery services.
